Corporate 1:1 Breathwork sessions are 30-minutes or 60-minutes in length where we use breath patterns, intention, visualization, and relaxation to release tension and anxiety from the body. Using an intention gives our session more power and purpose. Breathwork allows you to tune into your body and bring awareness to any sensations you may be feeling.
