Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payment must be paid in full before the commencement of any individual, corporate workshop or group session.
Women's Individual Sessions
24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an individual session to avoid being charged. This allows us to fill the session with someone else on our waiting list and utilize our time effectively. Failure to give this notice will result in a charge of the full amount of the scheduled session.
If you are running late for your scheduled breathwork session, please notify Oasis Breathwork before your session. If you are more than 10 minutes late then we would have to reschedule.
Exceptions to this policy may be considered for exceptional life circumstances.
Corporate Group Workshops and Public Group Workshops
If you provide at least four days notice of cancellation before the scheduled session’s start date, you can reschedule the session and apply the paid fee to the rescheduled session. You may only reschedule a session once.
If you give less than four days notice prior to the start date of a scheduled session, rescheduling will not be possible and no refunds will be available.
Cancellations by Oasis Breathwork
If your individual, workshop or group session is cancelled by Oasis Breathwork, you are entitled to a full refund. Wherever possible, you will be contacted at least two (2) business days prior to the start date if a cancellation is made.
